1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of parengcashper.com (the "Site"), run by Pareng Cashper ("we," "us," or "our"), including our leaderboards, VIP rewards, and promotions. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

To use the Site or take part in any leaderboard, reward, or promotion, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher
• Be located in a place where online gambling, and using Stake, is legal
• Follow all laws that apply to you

You are responsible for checking that online gambling is legal where you are. We may refuse prizes or rewards to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

3. Our Affiliate Relationship with Stake

Pareng Cashper is an independent affiliate of Stake. This is not an official Stake website. We:

• Do not operate Stake or any other gambling platform
• Earn affiliate commission when you sign up and play on Stake using our code, EVANS
• Are not responsible for Stake's services, decisions, or policies

Your use of Stake is governed by Stake's own terms and policies. Links on our Site may point to Stake's alternative domains, such as stake.bz. Please make sure that using them is legal where you are.

4. Using Our Website

The Site does not have user accounts. When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for anything illegal or fraudulent
• Send spam, scams, or harmful content through our contact form or community channels
• Attempt to access parts of the Site you are not authorized to access, or interfere with how it works
• Scrape the Site or use bots without our permission
• Pretend to be Pareng Cashper, our team, or anyone else

5. Monthly Leaderboard

5.1 How It Works

• Who can take part: players who signed up on Stake with code EVANS. Only wagers made under code EVANS count.
• Leaderboard period: the leaderboard runs every calendar month and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM Philippine Time (PHT).
• Standings: standings are updated regularly. The time of the last update is shown on the Leaderboard page.
• Prizes: the top 15 players win the prizes shown on the Leaderboard page for that month, paid in USD. The prize pool and prize amounts may change from month to month. The amounts shown for a given month are the ones that apply.

5.2 Wager Contribution by Game RTP

• Games with 97% RTP or lower count at 100% of the amount wagered
• Games above 97% and below 98% RTP count at 50%
• Games with 98% RTP or higher count at 10%

5.3 Prize Payouts

Prizes will be sent by Stake within 3–5 days after the leaderboard ends. Please allow some time for processing.

5.4 Fair Play

Wager abuse, using multiple accounts, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard will result in removal from the leaderboard and forfeiture of any prizes. We may correct errors in the standings at any time, including after the leaderboard ends.

6. VIP Rewards

• VIP rewards are listed on our VIP Rewards page in USD, for reaching Stake VIP levels (Bronze to Diamond) while playing under code EVANS
• Reward levels and amounts may change at any time
• Rewards are subject to verification, and may be refused or withdrawn in cases of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms

7. Botrix Points and Discord Leaderboards

• Botrix points are earned in our Kick chat and tracked by the Botrix chat bot. The Discord leaderboard is based on activity in our Discord server.
• Prizes for these leaderboards are shown on the Top Botrix Points page, in USD.
• Using bots, spam, or any other way of artificially increasing points or activity will result in disqualification.

8. Promotions and Bonuses

Offers shown on the Site, such as the sign-up bonus, reloads, rakeback, weekly bonus, lossback, and referral rewards, are subject to Stake's terms and to any specific rules shown with each offer. Offers may change or end at any time.

9. Community Rules

In our Discord server, Kick chat, and Telegram channel, please be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, and advertising without permission are not allowed. We may remove messages or ban users who break these rules.

10. Intellectual Property

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, belongs to Pareng Cashper or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or sell it without our permission.

Stake, Kick, Discord, Botrix, X, and other names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify those services and our affiliate relationship with Stake.

11. Disclaimers

• The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind
• Leaderboard data comes from third parties, including Stake, Botrix, and Kick, and may be delayed or contain errors
• We do not guarantee any gambling outcome. Gambling is not a way to make money.
• Articles on our blog are general information only. They are not financial advice and cannot improve the odds of any game.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pareng Cashper is not liable for:

• Any losses from gambling on Stake or any other platform
• Any actions, decisions, or failures of Stake or other third-party services
• Site downtime, errors, or delays
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₱100.

13. Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves risk, and you can lose money. Please:

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
• Set time and spending limits, and stick to them
• Never chase your losses
• Take regular breaks
• Use Stake's responsible gambling tools, such as deposit limits and self-exclusion

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. If you keep using the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it together, it will be settled by arbitration in the Philippines, or, as a last resort, by the courts of the Philippines.
