6. VIP Rewards and Leaderboard Rules

6.1 VIP Program Terms

• VIP tiers are determined by deposit amounts on Stake.com using our referral code (EVANS)
• VIP benefits are subject to change at any time
• Benefits are provided through Pareng Cashper and Stake.com
• VIP status may be revoked if you violate our Terms or engage in prohibited conduct
• VIP rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for real money

6.2 Leaderboard Competitions

• Monthly leaderboard prizes total ₱60,000
• Rankings are based on gaming activity tracked through your Stake.com account
• Winners are selected at the end of each calendar month
• We reserve the right to disqualify participants engaged in fraudulent activity
• Prize distribution may take 7-14 business days after the competition ends
• Winners must maintain account eligibility to receive prizes
• Accumulated points do not rollover to subsequent months unless specified

6.3 Promotions and Contests

• All promotions are subject to the specific rules posted for each promotion
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions
• By participating in contests, you agree to comply with all contest rules
• Winning entries may be verified for legitimacy and eligibility
• We reserve the right to disqualify suspicious or fraudulent entries

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service, including logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and code (collectively "Content"), is the property of Pareng Cashper or its content providers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
